Shipping & Warranty


At Cloud Chamber we do all our postage through Australia Post.

We don’t require a signature from the recipient upon delivery (though for peace of mind, most kit or mod hardware orders do get this option automatically). 

If you would like signature on delivery, just drop us a note at checkout! :)

If an authority to leave package is requested by customer, the package will left in a secure location or the location requested by the customer, as per Australia Post Policy.

We currently only ship within Australia. Please contact us before placing an order if you require international shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we will always endeavour to dispatch all orders on the same day we receive them, our shops are closed on Mondays and Wednesdays. Therefore, all orders received on Mondays and Wednesdays will be dispatched on the next shop-open day. 

Express Post orders must be received by 1pm for dispatch on the same day (sorry folks, this is due to Aust Post schedules – not us).



FREE SHIPPING for orders over $60 is done via Regular (Standard) Post.

Be aware that once an item has been shipped, we hold no responsibility for packages that go missing and/or damaged in transit. We may be able to help on your behalf if there is a dispute of delivery, but we are not obligated to replace an order should Australia Post lose or fail to deliver your package undamaged.

If you have any particular preferences regarding leaving items on front/back doors, please let us know via the comments section on your order. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any items that go missing.

Cloud Chamber are not responsible mishap or breakage caused to items by Australia Post. We package our orders as best we can to minimise any damage caused by rough handling during transit.

Australia Post calculates postage on a per weight basis. Every order has the cost of shipping displayed at checkout before payment. Be aware that the shipping weights may vary from the actual weight of the products as the total weight factors in packaging for international orders.

We take pride and care whilst packing your items to ensure that they arrive in the condition they left our establishment.

Cloud Chamber observes the following store policies:

Consumable Warranty is a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty valid for 24 hours from date of purchase and covers items for failure on initial use. Batteries, Tanks, Atomizers Coils, RDA’s are items deemed as consumables are designed to be replaced over time and do not come with any kind of warranty unless received as DOA.

Express Warranty is specified as warranty from defects of manufacture for a reasonable period, and at this point in time, is designated as 90 days from date of purchase. This warranty covers Standalone battery chargers, Starter kits, Mods (removable battery) and Mods (Inbuilt battery). Thereafter, the Manufacturer’s Warranty will be followed

NOTE: All warranty claims must be accompanied by the receipt as proof of purchase, the original device, packaging box and box sleeve. Valid warranty claims will only be honoured where the serial number (found on the box sleeve) is returned along with the device. All return postage must be at the buyer’s cost.


Any eliquid purchase, once the product has been received by the Customer or taken out of the store, CANNOT be returned due to Health and Safety policies. 


Please consider your purchase carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or once the product has been opened from the original packaging and/or used.
